This sales and refund policy governs your purchase of our merchandise. It sets out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchase and includes important limitations and exclusions. 1.About these Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” mean askupline.com, and “you” means you the customer. Words spelt with initial capital letters are defined terms which, for your ease of reference, are set out at the end of the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
2.Supply of Products
Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the Product indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your Order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment tracking notification email.
3.Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. There is no refund or return permitted after order confirmation. Unless the product is defective, please see Product Warranty.
4.Payment Methods
Current available method is via PayPal for orders placed online. Where we have a physical selling presence, we accept cash and money transfer or bank deposit.
5.Import Taxes, Custom Duties and Fees
Taxes are collected where we have physical selling presence. Orders shipped outside of the Philippines may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by local authorities. You may be subject to these import taxes, customs duties and fees once your order reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot ascertain what they might be. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information.
6.Shipping Options
All orders are shipped by courier. For local shipping in Philippines, delivery usually takes about one week. For international shipping, delivery usually takes up to four weeks. As the timing of delivery is beyond our control, once your order leaves our office, we cannot assume liability for late deliveries. We will not be liable for error in delivery, should the address given by you is wrong. If the courier returns the shipment back to use due to error in address given you, we will reship the product upon getting the correct address from you. For this, you may be required to pay for the cost for the reshipment. Your signature is required for all deliveries if applicable.
7.Product Warranty
We guarantee that our merchandise is free from physical defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are used within the limits set forth in the product user’s guide. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, theft, abuse, misuse or improper care nor does it cover minor cosmetic damages due to normal “wear and tear” of the product. We reserve the right to revise or update its product specifications, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity. If the product fails under normal usage, please contact us to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product to us for evaluation. Be sure to have your proof of purchase on hand; return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation. If after inspection, we found the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable product on a “best-effort” basis. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
8.Updates to Sales and Refund Policy
This sales and refund policy may be updated in the future. Your continued use of PlumFruitDiet.com to place order will be deemed as having accepted the updated or amended sales and refund policy. If you do not agree to these changes, you should not place any order with us.
